Terms of Service

By accessing or using Multiplai (the "Platform"), operated by Live by Design FZE ("Multiplai," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may not open an account with any third-party broker or exchange referenced on the Platform, and any trading activity remains subject to that broker's own age and eligibility requirements — Multiplai itself does not process trades or hold funds. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

All content on the Platform relating to trading, investing, business-building, or content creation for income is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or professional business advice. Any decisions you make based on this content are entirely your own responsibility, and we encourage you to consult a licensed professional before making financial or business decisions.

The Platform includes AI-powered coaching tools (including but not limited to the Negotiation Practice and Accountability Coach features). These tools generate responses automatically and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. AI-generated responses are not professional advice of any kind and should not be relied upon as such. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content.

Trading in forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Profits are never guaranteed. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

References to income, earnings, or business results achievable through the UGC, Partner, or other business-oriented content on the Platform (including specific figures, testimonials, or examples) are illustrative only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a manner that harms the Platform or other users.

Where the Platform offers paid subscriptions or one-time purchases, the applicable pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase.

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; copy, resell, or redistribute Platform content without written permission; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform; or harass, abuse, or harm other members of the community (including in any linked community channels).

Links to third-party brokers, exchanges, tools, or platforms are provided for informational purposes only. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, accuracy, or security of any third-party platform, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

All content on the Platform — including videos, text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Live by Design FZE or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Access to the Platform, including any associated community channels, is granted subject to your compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke access to the Platform or any of its features, at our sole discretion, for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the community, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Live by Design FZE and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading/business losses, arising from your use of the Platform. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live by Design FZE and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the Platform or by email where reasonably practical. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@multiplai.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Multiplai regarding your use of the Platform.
