Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Live by Design FZE ("Multiplai," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Multiplai platform (the "Platform"). We are committed to complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area, in addition to any other applicable data protection laws.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely and never in plain text).

Profile information: profile photo, Instagram handle, and bio, if you choose to add them.

Platform activity data: information you enter into Platform features such as the Business Tracker, Goals, Habits Tracker, Vision Board, Trading Tools, and course progress — this may include business/financial figures you log yourself (leads, pitches, revenue), personal goals, and habit tracking.

AI coaching conversations: messages you send to and receive from the AI-powered coaching tools (Negotiation Practice, Accountability Coach, and similar features), which are processed by our AI provider to generate responses (see Section 6).

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used to remember your language preference and keep you signed in.

Payment data (once applicable): if and when paid plans launch, payment details will be processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

We use your personal data to: provide and personalize the Platform's features, including AI coaching that references your saved profile and activity data; authenticate your account and keep it secure; communicate with you about your account or the Platform; improve and maintain the Platform; and comply with legal obligations.

Where GDPR applies, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Platform), your consent (for optional features such as adding a profile photo or bio), and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

We share personal data with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our behalf under appropriate data protection agreements:

Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage (profile photos and other uploaded content).

Anthropic — processes the content of your conversations with the AI coaching features to generate responses.

Netlify — hosts the Platform's website infrastructure.

[Payment processor, once applicable] — will process payment information for paid plans.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's own compliance certifications to ensure your data remains protected to a standard equivalent to the GDPR.

We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your language preference (Dutch/English), and authentication cookies necessary to keep you securely signed in. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10).

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We extend these same rights, on request, to users outside the EEA. The Platform requires users to be at least 16 years old (see our Terms of Service), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone younger. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone below this age without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where reasonably practical. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision.
